1. International shipping
Shipping to US, most of European countries - carried out by Russian Post. All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
We are not responsible for packages stolen, lost or damaged - we can not manage the work of post services.
International shipping takes 3-7 weeks (possibly faster).
Due to the lack of logistics routes, we cannot send packages from Russia to Australia, New Zealand, Poland and Finland. Also, due to the crazy work of German customs, we cannot send parcels to Germany.
2. Shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Poland, Finland and Germany.
We can shipping orders to these countries through an intermediary in Kazakhstan. How it works:
- once a week we collect package with your orders
- send the package by express delivery to Kazakhstan (takes 5-7 days)
- the intermediary accepts the package, sorts the orders and sends them by Kazakhstan Post with tracking numbers
- international shipping from Kazakhstan takes from 2 to 5 weeks
How much is shipping from Kazakhstan:
- 0 - 500 grams - 30$
- 501 - 1000 grams - 40$
It is better to order several items, for example, shipping cost of one CD and four CDs is same.
3. Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-ordered item, then all items on the order will be combined and shipped together. To understand that the item is in pre-order - read the description.
